International Mr. Bootblack 2018, Lucky Rebel, is originally from San Diego, California. He currently lives in Portland, Oregon where he served as Mr. Oregon State Leather 2016. True to his nature he is a very busy man. He can often be found actively working on dismantling white supremacy,  by being a member of a Chicano Activist group that helps his community through food drives and other acts of service.
